RATING ACTION:
On June 18, 2026, CariCRIS reaffirmed the Issue ratings assigned to the TT $63.3 million bond issue of Development Finance Limited (Development Finance or the Company) at CariAA- (Foreign and Local Currency Ratings) on the regional rating scale, and ttAA- (Local Currency Rating) on the Trinidad and Tobago (T&T) national scale. A stable outlook was assigned.
